I ordered a pair of booties and when they finally arrived they were too big had to exchange them. I ordered these in October 2020 they received my exchange on November 2020 here it is almost February 2021 and I've yet to receive my exchange order. At this point I don't even want them. Also this was my first time purchasing from just fab and I didn't know they would charge a monthly fee until I read some reviews. Very disappointed stay away from this site
JustFab is not a bad idea. But the way they do their membership sucks. $45 charge if you "forget" to press the skip a month button. You should have the option just to keep in on skip the months until you decide you want to buy something for them. You apparently get credit back for the $45 but it's incredibly confusing on how to use it. In which case mine went to waste when I finally was able to get my membership cancelled. They should just put 45 points to your account each much that can easily be applied to check out if that's how they're gonna keep doing it. Also they should work on getting their shoe quality better.

I'm not one to sign up for anything, and I am over the moon that I did sing up for JustFab! You get great deals and there is a variety of pieces to select from that keep you coming back for more and staying in style, without you worrying about breaking the bank.
It didn’t even allow me to purchase with an express shipping option.
Very pleased with my purchase the boots that I received are gray winter boots and they are high quality
This subscription is much to hard to cancel. In this day and age you shouldn’t need to use the mail. And the window of time you have to do so is far to small.
Why did I get charged?! I have 5 credits and I still got charged on my credit card
Both website & app don’t seem to be updating avails in real time. Very buggy. Took over an hour to place an order for 2 items.
I love the website, it's easy to navigate thru & I also have a great time ordering, leaving reviews, along with uploading pictures of new items!! Make me feel like a model, ????????
